community Outreach
New Life Church, Great Cornard has a heart to reach out & care for our community. One cornerstone of our vision is to 'Look Out'. As followers of Christ, we bear the responsibility of demonstrating to the world what Jesus might look like were He to walk the earth today. During the week when as a Church family we are 'scattered', our heart is to reach out to those who might never enter the door of a church, read a Bible or hear a sermon so they can still know Jesus by watching us!

Abi's Footprints
Abi's Footprints is one of our community projects, serving Sudbury, Great Cornard and neighbouring villages.
We support families in the local area who are struggling in difficult circumstances to meet the practical needs of a new baby or child, up to the age of 5 years.
We do this by providing, free of charge, essentials such as clothing, bedding and toiletries, and larger items like cots and buggies.
Stay & Play
A free, warm and welcoming 'drop-in' for Mums, Bumps & Babies run by Abi's Footprints Baby Bank volunteers. Running every Thursday (except school holidays) at the Stevenson Centre, Great Cornard, alongside the Weighing & Wellness clinic run by Suffolk Children's Services 'Phoenix Hub'. Soft Floor, Sensory and Play, plus additional multi-sensory room. Free refreshments, 09.30 - 11.30am
Clover Link Community
Our Community Office is in the heart of the Clover Link Community. We serve our neighbours with coffee mornings, fortnightly drop-in sessions and practical help as needed.
Vicky Leonard (Community Support Worker) is based here and also works in the Mulberry House supported hostel in Sudbury.
Eden's Project
Eden's Project is a Sudbury based Youthwork Charity supported by NLC. It aims to support all young people and helps them achieve their true potential, through mentoring, support and providing positive opportunities.
